ReDo Loop – Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 10 March 2025

Welcome to ReDo Loop (“App”), developed by Fizbyte S.R.L. (“Company”). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, and process your data when you use our App on Android and iOS devices.

By using ReDo Loop, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Data Collection & Usage

ReDo Loop is a local-only application, meaning your data is stored on your device and not transmitted to external servers. However, we use third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, advertising and subscriptions, which may collect limited data. Below is a breakdown of what is collected:

A. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

  • Task data is stored in an encrypted database on your device. User preferences (such as settings and toggles) are stored locally using secure system storage.
  • Your data does not sync to our servers, but may be backed up automatically by Google Drive (Android) or iCloud (iOS) as part of your device’s backup system.
  • If you export data manually, it is saved as a file on your device.
  • To delete all data, simply uninstall the app.

B. Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics

  • Crashlytics: Used for crash reporting to help improve app stability. This service is enabled by default and cannot be disabled. No personally identifiable information is collected.
  • Analytics (disabled by default, opt-in required): Tracks app usage data (e.g., feature engagement) only if the user explicitly enables it.
  • Data collected by Firebase may include device type, OS version, and general usage statistics.

C. RevenueCat (Subscriptions & Purchases)

  • We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases.
  • RevenueCat does not collect personally identifiable information but does process purchase history and subscription status via Google Play and the Apple App Store.
  • Payments and billing information are handled by Google Play and Apple, not by us.

D. Google AdMob (Advertising)

We use Google AdMob to display ads within the app. AdMob may collect and process data such as:

  • Advertising ID
  • Device information (e.g., OS version, device type)
  • App interactions (e.g., ad clicks, impressions)
  • IP address (used for approximate location)

This data may be used for:

  • Displaying personalized or non-personalized ads
  • Frequency capping
  • Ad performance measurement
  • Fraud prevention and security

Where legally required (e.g., under GDPR or Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework), users will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown. Users may also manage ad preferences via system settings.

For more information, please see Google’s Privacy Policy.

2. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

While ReDo Loop does not transmit personal data to our own servers, the third-party services we use may collect and process some information as outlined below:

4. Security & Data Protection

  • All user data is stored locally on your device in an encrypted database.

6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA Compliance)

If you are in the EU (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you may have rights regarding your data, including:

  • Access & Deletion: Since all data is stored locally, you can delete it anytime by uninstalling the app.
  • Opt-In: You can opt in of analytics reporting via the GDPR consent form or from the app settings.
